Sara Baughman
Sara Baughman currently leads Montreat College's Marketing and Communications efforts, a role she has fulfilled since December 2026. Previously, she directed these functions from 2017 to 2026 across all campus departments. Her academic foundation includes a B.A. in Communications, Public Relations, and Journalism from Dordt University, obtained in 2007. Before joining Montreat, Sara contributed as Communications Coordinator for Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

John Beaghan
John Beaghan serves as Montreat College's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing finances since April 2026. With nearly forty years in higher education finance, John previously spent sixteen years at Oakland University managing accounting, reporting, facilities, safety, and HR. He holds a B.A. from The University of Michigan, Dearborn, an MBA from Eastern Michigan University, and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Daniel Bennett, Ph.D.
Daniel Bennett heads Montreat's student services and dean of students, a position he has held since 2014. Earlier, he led multiple student life areas at Montreat from 2006 to 2014, plus roles at Wheaton College in career services. His academic credentials span political science, educational ministries, theology, and educational leadership from Biola, Wheaton, and Clemson universities.

Myles Fish
Myles Fish drives advancement at Montreat College, bringing extensive nonprofit leadership experience. He has spearheaded fundraising and strategy for hospitals, churches, and global relief groups, securing major gifts and guiding transformative campaigns. His work emphasizes philanthropy, relationship building, and advancing Montreat's mission.

Mark Hijleh, D.M.A.
Dr. Mark Hijleh currently serves as Montreat's Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, overseeing academics, policy, curriculum, and faculty affairs. Previously Provost at The King's College, he enhanced student retention, internship participation, and online revenue growth. His academic background includes degrees from institutions in the UK and US, and personal commitments to family. Under his guidance, The King's College achieved notable improvements in student outcomes and program expansion.

Andy Keith
Andy Keith leads Montreat's Adult and Graduate Studies division, bringing over fifteen years of expertise in online education recruitment, marketing, operations, and budget management. Prior to Montreat, he expanded Houston Christian University's online enrollment from zero to nearly 2,000 students. Keith holds an MBA from Liberty University and two bachelor's degrees from Trinity Baptist College.
